Big changes are underway in the cloud-based brokerage world! On Monday, LPT Realty proudly announced the appointment of Michael Valdes as the CEO of LPT International. Michael, formerly the chief growth officer at eXp Realty, is set to lead LPT Realty’s ambitious international expansion.

In his new role, Michael Valdes will oversee LPT Realty’s efforts to venture into international markets, including Canada, later this year. With his extensive experience and proven track record, we are confident that Michael will drive our global growth and help us achieve new milestones.

Since its inception in 2022, the Robert Palmer-led LPT Realty has seen phenomenal growth, expanding into 24 states and welcoming over 13,000 agents to our network. This rapid expansion highlights our commitment to providing unparalleled opportunities and support for real estate professionals.

During his four years at eXp Realty, Michael played a crucial role in the brokerage’s international expansion, helping it grow into 22 new countries and adding 60,000 agents to its roster. His leadership experience at Anywhere Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty further solidifies his capability to steer LPT Realty toward global success.

LPT Realty offers a unique value proposition to agents, providing comprehensive marketing, technology, and training support for a $500 annual fee and a $195 transaction fee. Agents can also choose between two compensation plans: $500 per file with a $5,000 cap or an 80/20 split with a $15,000 cap.
