Black Badge Requirements
To earn the coveted Black Badge, agents must excel in five key areas:
Production: Achieve 35 Full Core Transactions within a single anniversary year. This milestone demonstrates exceptional productivity and a strong commitment to client success.
Compensation Plan: Be a Brokerage Partner for the entirety of the anniversary year. This requirement reflects a dedication to our company’s revenue-sharing model and long-term growth.
Community Engagement: While community involvement requirements are currently waived, participating in charitable events, local initiatives, and LPT community activities is encouraged.
Leadership: Leadership contributions are also waived for the current period. However, showcasing expertise through knowledge sharing, training, and participation in Connect forums remains highly valued.
Awarding: The Black Badge is granted on the last day of the anniversary year upon meeting all the requirements.

Performance Award: Based on our current grant schedule, Black Badge agents are eligible for a performance award. This award is issued on the last day of the calendar month and is subject to a 3-year vesting period.
